Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

There is no work life balance. They make you work on weekends as well with no compensation. This company has no policy for weekend work. Management is not good at all. They need to improve or train people who are at higher positions to manage a project because of their unmanageable skills team has to work on weekends and sometimes on holidays too. They don't respect your personal life

Good Office Ambience. A paid cafeteria. Management don't care about well being of employee. They just treat you like robots 24*7 functional.They are bad pay masters unless you come through any referral that through partners. Managers are only good at being Manager.
