The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

...e but depends on project to project. There are a lot of scope for career growth. Compensation and increment are good compared to other service based company but it depends on an individual and company performance.

Company culture is great though it depends on your team and Managers Work wise it will give you enough opportunity to learn and grow

...ng you indirect resignation in starting ,later on they will force you to resign. Variable pay is biggest Joke , i completed 2 years not even single rupee i got for 2 years . Note- My performance is too good , feedback from client , dell management/managers wants their permanent emp so they will release you , no matter how good you are My Sincere advice to people who are looking for jobs , please dont join in EY if they tell client is DELL ,just say No otherwise you should ready to face consequences as like me and many of us .
