Salary hike will go towards negligible amounts in years to come and the one who possesses great in-demand skills should be able to survive. It is with all global organizations and not just with EY. No logic for allocating resources. Non technical people are showcased as technical experts and have no idea how to deliver projects. Projects were handled very poorly in our team and as a result many clients were lost. But they keep winning projects because of highly competitive bids and thus resources ar overburdened, always

Not so much to like

Dislikes

1. No proper or timely feedback 2. No sync in between Bonus amount and feedback given 3. Lot of favouritism 4. Good work means more work but not good raise or bonus. 5. Office location. You're in mid of an factory area whereas all other big4 were in decent cyberhub. 6. Notice period. 3months is too much. Whan I joined it was 2 months later they increase it to 3 months by changing their policy. It is not like you were aware of it at the time of joining. 7. Poor employee benefit policies.
