Excellent work culture. On time salary. Good work life balance, especially in the GPS. Amazing learning modules created by EY and other udemy learnings which are free you could do in your ideal time. The people are supportive. Work pressure could be there sometimes, but it's not like driving you crazy & you are going nuts.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

The company is not that big, according to linkedin it has 200 to 500 employees overall. I currently work with one of the big 4s with decent wlb and a CTC of 30LPA.
