I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

Not enough opportunities to transition into other roles or show case your skills IJO never or barely happens Salary structure is not good enough compared to market. Specifically in HDS

A positive aspect of work-life balance is having Saturdays and Sundays off, along with the timely crediting of salaries. The provided Udemy access is a helpful training resource; however, the rest of the training seems unnecessarily burdensome.

The job lacks security, with manipulative management, no perks, promotions, or appraisals beyond basic salary. The company culture favors power over merit, making survival difficult without influence.

Its all about team we are in EY. My team is overall good. Yet company culture is poor which gets inherited. Being consultant flexible working hours, hybrid mode again these depend on clients.

Poor salary, does not match with industry poor appraisal too, despite huge profits they don't pass on benefit to employees no outside salary benefits in the name of well being, they arrange virtual yoga, doctor counselling no gifts, or merchandises' which is basic thing earlier organization used to conduct parties and offsite, that is too curbed to cheap places once a year. Politics and flattery will get you promotions. Hard work and results will result in 6-9% increment yearly and bonus just like everyone else. Average. Despite working in good revenue generating SL if you have a bad hierarchy to report in then nothing good will ever come out of it.
