...ng you indirect resignation in starting ,later on they will force you to resign. Variable pay is biggest Joke , i completed 2 years not even single rupee i got for 2 years . Note- My performance is too good , feedback from client , dell management/managers wants their permanent emp so they will release you , no matter how good you are My Sincere advice to people who are looking for jobs , please dont join in EY if they tell client is DELL ,just say No otherwise you should ready to face consequences as like me and many of us .

Dotnet fullstack developer with angular. Close to 10 years of experience. I got an offer of 42LPA from a US based product company which is setting up it office in india. The company is not that big, according to linkedin it has 200 to 500 employees overall. I currently work with one of the big 4s with decent wlb and a CTC of 30LPA.
