...women employees. No proper training provide and been asked to work like a pro. Very less pay. Horrible people. Worst environment. We are asked to work even on weekend and even after reaching home

Working at EY has been a jumping jack for my career. It offers global exposure, learning opportunities, healthy peer to peer conversation opportunities, great work-life balance, makes you become a better human, focuses on your career growth, helps you develop your skills and most importantly possesses great brand value and legacy in the market that fits your career needs.

Dislikes

... and efficient in order to sustain in this ever changing digital global mindset. Salary hike will go towards negligible amounts in years to come and the one who possesses great in-demand skills should be able to survive. It is with all global organizations and not just with EY. But not to forget, the one who works hard will get good remuneration benefits too. So the idea is to stick to an organization like EY and give a direction to your career.

Excellent peers and management; a lot of focus on employee training and well-being.

Dislikes

Lower than average compensation for starting positions. But that was a minor factor, given the immense opportunities EY opened up.

Only salary is good. I haven't completed a year so don't know about appraisals.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance, seniors will not tell you anything and expect you to know everything even if you are a fresher, lack to training, too much office politics, no personal life, seniors treat you like garbage, humiliation, no empathy, only work here if you want to lose your self respect and self confidence, colleagues are too selfish and only boot lickers can succeed here.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it
