Dislikes

Not much exposure to higher management. Strict compliance and access policies. After a point of time you won't be able to see future path.

Less deductions in salary compared to other companies and job security.

Dislikes

Too much documentations and processes which gets in way of completing the actual work. Also EY Pays 20-25% less than market rates for Tech consultants. When it comes to promotions usually they'll give you the senior responsibility without giving title change or pay rise.

...s a dynamic and competitive environment, there is huge learning opportunities. Great compensation , good medical policies, relatively higher hikes YOY compared to Indian IT firms such as Infy, Wipro etc.

Dislikes

Hikes this fiscal year was not at par with other Big 4 firms.

Dislikes

No work life balance, Salary hike is not upto market standards. Work culture is average. There is no time to be part of any occasion. Always in peak season. Lack of improvement in the technology platforms.

Excellent work culture and people. Good opportunities to grow

Dislikes

The compensation would be better. The work life balance could be better. GDS employees are not allowed to apply for global roles which should be reconsidered.
