It's good company from Job security and compensation but work pressure is too much and lack of resources management.. work life balance is very poor..

Just the initial salary hike. Everything else was super toxic. Even the initial salary hike was compensated by pathetic appraisals and low salary hike in the next 2 years.

Everything. Specially the lack of empathy amongst the so called leaders. The partners here are baniyas only wanting to expand business

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.
