No job security in Data Centre segment. They outsource the manpower to client and leave them at site. HR is not supportive/careless for employees. A person can be terminated anytime depending upon clients mood.

There is nothing to like about company. It's like a very small company who got sudden authentication or taken over by MNC.

... won't even settle F & F in 60 days also. Non responsive and unauthentic people. No promotion or salary hike upto mark. It's like a nightmare. Most of the things being stolen from CBRE format.

Top management are most selfish and they don't think of the site engineers.Those who have the ability to do politics can survive.If you are honest and hardworking person don't expect any rewards...They will keep sacking you ..

Learning if you are a fresher, but not if already experienced

Salary not in time, 15 days delay also, if delay in payment from client. No work-life balance Higher management are not supportive Its name is only international but the work culture is like typical indian One man show, No job security No professionalism - senior use offensive words, if work not done in time.
