Culture People Work life balance is highly poooor. Nobody cares if you are hospitalized over and above you get humiliated, work pressure and negative attitudes that you cant work coz oh sorry you are just hospitalized but u should work. They don't care if you die by working. In few months because of work load I have started getting physical issues and mental breakdown

Worked on contractual basis and it was the worst year of my life. The company had no HR system for us, no bonus, salary came on 14th and after. Worst thing, i still haven’t received my full june month salary. There was nothing OK about the company, forget being good. Worst people to work with, worst environment, worst people management

A positive aspect of work-life balance is having Saturdays and Sundays off, along with the timely crediting of salaries. The provided Udemy access is a helpful training resource; however, the rest of the training seems unnecessarily burdensome.

Just the initial salary hike. Everything else was super toxic. Even the initial salary hike was compensated by pathetic appraisals and low salary hike in the next 2 years.
