EY was a good employee oruented firm.There has been recent changes in management with a froup of people coming from Cognizant who has disrupted the entire organisation policies.The higher manGement people who have no idea of automation is being hired as the leader of QA and automation which is very funny

1. Too much - modern day Employee centric approach - will lead to employee ruling the Managers rather than Vice versa.

2 appraisals a year Good for learning and development You will be working for international clients Now a days people are working from home, working at office is not mandatory

Dislikes

Initial pay is not great, but they match it during appraisal and bonus If you provide them with counter offers, they won't try retain you even if you are a good performer for more than 3 or 4 years. Its all business.

There is a lot of learning everyday, improvement in skills and knowledge, work life balance, supportive seniors and manager.

Dislikes

...trate on the balance between training and work since both demands a lot of time. Also consideration for a better compensation would encourage people to contribute more.
