It offers global exposure, learning opportunities, healthy peer to peer conversation opportunities, great work-life balance, makes you become a better human, focuses on your career growth, helps you develop your skills and most importantly possesses great brand value and legacy in the market that fits your career needs.

Dislikes

... and efficient in order to sustain in this ever changing digital global mindset. Salary hike will go towards negligible amounts in years to come and the one who possesses great in-demand skills should be able to survive. It is with all global organizations and not just with EY. But not to forget, the one who works hard will get good remuneration benefits too. So the idea is to stick to an organization like EY and give a direction to your career.

Excellent peers and management; a lot of focus on employee training and well-being.

Dislikes

Lower than average compensation for starting positions. But that was a minor factor, given the immense opportunities EY opened up.

Brand name, year end bonus, amiable and collaborative peers and seniors

Dislikes

Client culture takes over company culture, appraisals, poor feedback provision, work opportunities heavily dependant on clients and projects conversion

Likes

People are willing to collaborate on multiple assignments. Salary and bonus are good but health insurance could be wayy better.

Dislikes

Only profit matters, they’ll make you work till you beg for death. Work life balance doesn’t exist in their dictionary. No clear path forward to higher roles.
