Terrible leadership, management, work culture, compensation, work life balance. A culture of ostracisation is encouraged by the leadership in the form of a ‘COE’ initiative.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is terrible and career growth is slow.

I learnt a lot in this company. The company gives a lot of work and so the person gorw. There are ample of opportunities in learning. Regarding IT sector, the company can be considered a startup where you need to work day and night.

No work life balance, very less salary, bad upraisal.

Only thing I liked is that the process I was working for was good.

Dislikes

I was in contract basis and the paperwork we did was horrible. We have to raise invoice and request on portal and get approval, upload documents every month to get our salary. Very few people would help to get you work done.
