Eclerx is good if you have been hired after graduation. Decet salary and good environment is available to us.

Dislikes

Appraisal and promotions are not frequent in the process that I am part of. They usually hire MBA or Graduates as team leads or senior analyst instead of promoting someone who has been handling or working in the process for a much longer time.

...s. They were dominant nature insulting in front of freshers. Too hectic to work. Here there pay less & do not care about employees. Managers are very pathetic. Managers don't understand your points and only dominate the employees. There was no logout timing. Only work whether it is 24 hours.

Dislikes

The work environment was not good. Not giving training especially where you were on the team. Managers are least bothered about the training session. Only once time they gave you training if you do not understand the small part. They will not tell you again. They only asked why don't you attention to training.

1. All standard MNC policy.(5 day working, indian holidays, 2 leaves per month, salary on last date of month) 2.culture and work life balance (depends upon vertical, process and manager) 3.Learning opportunities and extra curricular activities

1.Equal resource utilization not managed by some teams So uneven workload situation occurs. 2.compulsary 9 hrs per day even if you don't have work

Dislikes

The company pay very less and do not provide any facility to the employee. They always seek how to steel the money from the salary ex. If a employee is unplanned for 1 day the deducts a salary of 1.25 days and may more are there. I will never give any one an idea to join eclerx.
