Nothing to like about eclerx terrible organization with the terrible management the worst case is management/HR will hold your salary and you will definitely feel what the modern day slavery looks like Just fed up

Salary on time

Working hours is too much all you do is work and sleep. And wait for weekend to come. Everday day there will be new doubt and new work for which very minimum training will be given. You cant get sick leave if u take it then it will be called as unplanned leave which later on u have to compensate by doing extra work even if u have to saturday u have to. Hardly u will get to njoy public holidays. You will be treated as machine. You have to sign one year bond and if u leave b4 one year u will be penelised with 50k. If there is a meeting ( which is there every other day ) for that u have to keep extra time.

Eclerx is good if you have been hired after graduation. Decet salary and good environment is available to us.

Dislikes

Appraisal and promotions are not frequent in the process that I am part of. They usually hire MBA or Graduates as team leads or senior analyst instead of promoting someone who has been handling or working in the process for a much longer time.

Only do work.....no compensation, no rewards....work like machine....almost 1 year to compete lockdown.... because of night shift gharwale preshan he...upr se kuch compensation nhi....worst....
