Worst work culture I worked in, ever in my whole career. Management is not at all supportive. Unrealistic targets expected from employees. Expected to work in multiple processes and expect 100% quantity as well as quality.

No job security. At the time of interview they give good package and when it comes in real the salary is different. And they keep saying this tax n this this. No job security for employees at all. At the time of fnf also didnt provided full fnf. Worst experience ever.

We have excellent work culture, seniors and managers are very supportive. HR and management is also approachable.

Only negative thing I feel is pay, increments and salaries are comparatively less than what market provides.

Verry supportive during Pandemic and also on general days (no salary delays and salary cuts). Company supports employees for erything (this may vary department to department).

This my vary department to department (org wide CTC structure may vary): 1. CTC and Variables should revise. 2. CTC structure should revise for on campus and off campus hires. 3. Worst part - You will be highly paid if you are good at communication, no matter even if you don't know 'anything' (I have seen people (this may vary department to department) who are highly paid at early stage (on campus hires) saying 2 + 2 = 5, wow !!!!
