It’s super comfortable working in eClerx. Work environment here is so chill. If you are a fresher then this company will be amazing to start off your career with. You get to learn a lot. Your promotion totally depends on how you perform.

Salary is okayish!! They really need to increase the base salary for people you are working here for a very long time. They do give promotion but after a lot of hassle.

...s. They were dominant nature insulting in front of freshers. Too hectic to work. Here there pay less & do not care about employees. Managers are very pathetic. Managers don't understand your points and only dominate the employees. There was no logout timing. Only work whether it is 24 hours.

Dislikes

The work environment was not good. Not giving training especially where you were on the team. Managers are least bothered about the training session. Only once time they gave you training if you do not understand the small part. They will not tell you again. They only asked why don't you attention to training.

Navi Mumbai office process will not help with Cabs Long hours of working. no work-life balance. Increment of not more than 6 % If you ask for sick leave they will ask to verify with the company's doctor. Lots of workloads will be added plus the tone of the seniors over is not proper. No mutual respect was kept while talking to juniors from seniors. No check from hr to the project manager and they will try to force employees to work according to when the seniors want. Will ask you to work on holidays if the client is outside India.

There is nothing to add much here.But still I must say that I have learn alot here about my process.And again it was on my own.

They don't pay you accordingly,work culture is worst,even HR's don't listen to employee. eClerx should be your last option to join. The only reason of my resignation is the all the reason mentioned above.

They provide Hybrid work model. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

1) For Legal (Statement of Work) Process, they will hire you saying it as permanent role but will ask you to leave after 1.6 years. 2) The Manager will start pointing out silly errors in your work and ultimately, they will put you on PIP for 1 month and then finally ask you to leave. 3) I would suggest new joiners especially male candidates to be aware about this process and select it at your own risk. 4) If you are a charming or toe kissing women then only you will get support from male colleagues in this team and your job will be secure, but even if you are doing 'ok' in your work and you are the man, then you job is at huge risk. 5) My request to all male candidates to select this profile at your own risk.
