1) I personally didn't like the way Upper management behaves 2) It's good to emphasize on learning but it shouldn't be like be a herd mentality. Just because you are paying us, that doesn't mean you can push people to take up FIs even when not mandatory and also do tones of mandatory courses, while at same time working for the client project. This is too dynamic situation, varying from person to person so have a hard rule doesn't work. They, of all, should know this. 3) No matter how streamlined any organisation is, you always have to be sugar sweet unnecessarily.

Excellent work culture, salary at par with market which will be normalized as per your work exp (in yrs) irrespective of your job level, lots of perks and benefits

Dislikes

Projects most likely will demand a 12-14 hour long daily work for months at a stretch, promotion clauses are shady though they will match your income level to market standards, they won't give you the designation. People from non consulting backgrounds will be offered a designation lower than their contemporaries from consulting backgrounds.

Wlb is a big challenge Apart from your project work many other things will come in your way like firm initiatives, meeting not related to projects to ruin your wlb further Projects will sound good but the way it will be executed wouldn't excit you

Flexible working hours is something which is the best thing in Deloitte. Then tons of learning and Development Programs, perks like Well Being subsidy, car lease program etc.

Company can improve on salary part.
