People are good to work with and work is good once you land a good network. This is the closest you can get to work life balance. There are spikes but it depends on you how you want to manage workload But experiences will differ depending on the people you work with. Firm has policies to support you in different phases of life. Travel used to be good but that is not happening anymore.

...ns. It also means mostly work from home. People usually do not travel to office. India salary is below average for Managers and below. They thrived on low pay so far because people were able to travel and earn in USD but that won't happen anymore. However, once you grow in the ranks or move in from somewhere else, you do get compensated at the market levels. Firm is still trying to figure out talent models and performance appraisal processes after the whole operating model change so if have a good impression in front of the leadership you'll do good. At this point things are a little messy and subjective. You have to shout out to people that it's your milestone so that people focus on you and don't mess up your ratings. All the views are valid only for a C-SC positions.

Almost everything!! Travelling 5 days a week after covid! Working almost 13-15hrs in office No office shuttle Working on weekends No hike! Where in which company you have seen where they increase your project allocation by month to month basis knowing the project is 5+years long! (Welcome to your big4) Managers verbally treat you unprofessionally! Company rum by bunch of hooligans from the industry!! They don't have families i think hence they are on 6+hrs of call!! Just go away even if you have any offers!
