Need help in deciding from the following offers
I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

Every project provides opportunities to learn new things every day and no two days are the same at Deloitte. The culture and behaviour of leadership towards junior staff. It's just one way feedback. No appreciation for honest work. It's just promotion of toxic work culture ( This review is for Enabling areas CMG BGS Group). Otherwise Deloitte is a great place for career growth provided you have good leadership around you.

Dislikes

Deloitte has a hidden programme called IAP (Individual Actionable Programme). After year end review they can suddenly put anyone into that programme without any prior notice or acknowledgement . This is basically a programme to kick anyone off from company. If they are putting you in that programme it is fixed that you have to leave the company. Deloitte can easily kick off anyone from any level.
