Appraisals are very low when compared to other Big 4 companies. Salary structures are defined based on your skillset. No Onsite opportunities, managers play smartly with the team members

The company invests money on developing its employees skills. I like the fact that it allows employees to move internally within teams and learn new technologies.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is low. On-site managers do not value the work performed by their team in another location. Different teams that work together do not have proper coordination within them to resolve issues related to work and do not take the responsibility if anything goes wrong.

...t's the greatest company since it is big4. but the reality is totally different.Long working hours, office politics, toxic work culture, no to very less hikes and pay scale band is the lowest .

Deloitte has a pretty good structure when it comes to working. Benefits are better. The team gave a free hand on setting up time to work. The only they cared about is deadline, rest upto you to manage work.

Dislikes

Respect for job has decreased as well as the salary growth. Whereas the working timing are excessive.

There infrastructure which they had built by giving less salary to the workers and more work

Deloitte dont care if you travel daily 3-5 hours to the client location even if you are sick they only think of client and client demand if for a hourly time track then you have to work and give the same at my time i was maintainly 12 trackers for client apart from work
