Management is full of politics Higher management takes you for granted They don't promote or give hike Manager and AD level in Financial advisory is useless and less productive then an associate consultant Manager and AD in Delhi work for less than 4 hours a day and expect consultants to work more than 12 hrs

Nice company,give you lot of opportunities to grow,have all available resources to grow your technical and functional skills.

...aving lot of resources for self development you don't have time to utilize them. Keep on working for high utilization and client work to grab bonus and hike.

1. Work satisfaction is missing it's sometimes difficult to get a work of your liking or of skillet matching your experience. 2. Fast-paced work environment projets could last just for 2 months, one need to be on his or her toes all the time to find good project. But it also keep you updated with new technologies.

Good cooperative and collaborative culture within the team. Learning and skill enhancement resources are available.

Dislikes

Compensation should be a little higher, and some level of negotiation should be allowed when giving out hikes

Salary compensation is above average bit workload with will 5 times and will have to sacrifice your personal time and will not get public mandatory holidays.

Dislikes

Partners make sure you are overloaded with work and make sure you utilize your weekends and personal time to put in efforts to cover up for unrealistic timeliness. In the project the Partners think they own you as they are paying out of their own pocket. HRs are mere puppets. WFH is workendless from home.
