Work life balance is not good. Work life balance depends on the project you’re working on, but there are some projects where people have been working like hell for years and there is literally nothing that leadership does to address these issues. Too much of work pressure.

Good perks. Big hikes (there's a caveat, look at the cons). Hybrid work. Good management. Abundance of projects.

Dislikes

Don't join Deloitte USI if you are an off-campus fresher, there is a massive difference in salary between on-campus and off-campus hires. The base salary difference is so huge that even big hikes won't help. For context, an entry level analyst (Year 1 in Deloitte) hired on-campus is earning more than an entry level consultant(Year 2.5 in Deloitte) who was an off-campus fresher hire. The difference can be up to 8 LPA at the same level, same skill, same project, same years of experience!! Feeling cheated after joining Deloitte USI because the pay is nothing like your on-campus hired friends. Their attitude is such as if they have done you a favor for giving you an opportunity to work in Deloitte through off-campus hiring. Don't join Deloitte through off-campus hiring especially if you are skilled. Join somewhere else, skill up and then join Deloitte later in life.

They pay you well and screw your work life balance. You become a well paid salary slave with add on benefits which looks like cherry on cake from far off but reality is different.

Dislikes

High end competition, bad part is to keep yourself on top others are to be dragged down and yes you can't survive without strong networking and visibility.

...brilliant company to work with I have a job satisfaction with work life balance. The compensation provided is pretty handsome every year

As everywhere its a bit difficult in growth there are bit ups and downs with peers but it's as everywhere so we need to shine light on ourselves through out the way

Company takes very challenging projects, which are failures from other vendors, and takes it as a challenge for company's reputation. But forces all pressure to complete the project on the developers, in very short period of time.
