The company has proper system for every work which makes easier to carry out the responsibilities. Since the company has wide range of products, there are lots of learning opportunities. Compensation/benefits are decent

Career growth is slow. There is no core job related training and even lacks travel plan though its work related. There are clashes among the inter departments which hinders the work

Poor educational background, and negative approach of teammates, Inter departmental politics no common goals for company progress individual KPI of departments.No serious planning for Cost saving techniques where in present day compition is tough to survive in FMCG.
