Dislikes

My internship mentor told us to fundraise Rs.10,000 and if we can't, then we should pay from our own pocket or ask our parents to pay. Interns who did not pay were not given the certificate even though they did other work.

Leadership are influenced by biases. Stagnated top leadership. So much office politics. Mostly data management and paper work. No reading and academic atmosphere. Absence of proper strategic direction. Change of programme strategy and approach without evaluating what went wrong and what was good. Absence of proactive effort for staff retention. Absence of specialised thematic leaders.
