Too much mental stress less pay continuously cost cutting many left the job switched to other companies for last 2 year only 300rs increment more than mentioned working hours and multi job roles you have to do everytime manager threatens if we don't do it than he will fire or issue warning letter work culture is too bad.

Need atleast good salary improvement or give bonus on diwali or some good location for picnic and reward on good works over is good

Give equal opportunity to all employees also male staff to be bahave disciplines on floor or not used abusing words..

New Process roll outs and constant updates keep an employee well informed about all the products and services being offered. Healthy work environment. And plus it’s TATA’s- which is known as employee centric .

Salary Pay could be increased and matched with the pay given in the Market (other brands) on the same designation.

Im working at croma last 5 years I like company policy and environment because of company take social responsiblty.and take care of employes how to happy it I love croma

Increment policy I dont like because this time person want more than salary required as par economically and family budget salary is to low as par work expectations so and internal growth is depend on exam not depend on talent

Good work environment,Company polices are good especially appraisals are fair and good salary high and bonus every year

Here career growth is slow and full time we are spending in store only there is no personal life
