Crisil does not have a hire and fire policy. Colleagues are very supportive and managementis transparent. Good work life balance, work environment and culture.

Salary and increments are average and career growth is slow. Freshers can be hired as off role employees. Off role to on role conversion policy is not there.

CRISIL, being my first company associated, i found the team leads and seniors very supportive and the fact that i am part of a team that makets reliable for the Mse and Sme was a good exposure. Further the exposure to varoius profiles and industry was a great time to bask and grow as a fresher.

Dislikes

The compensation and the credit for the work quality is something which is missing from the ingredient of a great work place. Its all about the execution at the end and not the quality and variety. Further the management needs to really work on adhesive policies to acheive the vision and mission, there has been instances they have been caught napping and ungaurded,which makes things worse for the team and creates a sense of restlessness amongst the employee. Further the management lacks on crisp and clear communication flow from management to the employees leading to too much of confusion and job security issues.

Healthy work-life balance. Opportunity to explore different roles inside the company that allows someone to structure his/her career accordingly.

Dislikes

Bottom line focused management and cost cutting gets a high priority always. Company needs to revamp the compensation structure.
