1 - Good learning in terms of projects - mainly financial advisory and contract reading 2 - Smart colleagues hired from good B Schools 3 - Good brand name and knowledge sharing 4 - Flat hierarchy

Dislikes

1 - Pay is decent not as good as big 4 2 - Strong tendency to move away from interesting infra projects to standard projects of mergers and buy outs wherein there is more money to be made for the company 3 - Average age of the team is quite young and hence there is less experience 4 - overloading of work and multiple bosses 5 - Poor work life balance and heavy stress 6- occasional international work is in Africa and other nations like Afghanistan

Good infrastructure 3.Fixed seat allocation 4.Proper transport facility 5.Free evening snacks for every employee 6.Best management people, operation manager were very cooperative and always ready to listen from their subordinates 7.Always appreciate for new ideas and initiatives

I was unfortunate to continue with this company.Now trying get back there but failed.

Likes

Crisil has good infrastructure, good working environment,good people. People have flexibility of working hours. Crisil has indian holidays even if you work for US process or any other countries. Crisil celebrate Indian as well as well Christmas festivals in office. Crisil as separate training programs as well were you can learn new things like automation process n other things. Crisil has drop facility after 10pm for girls and 11 pm for boys. There is very low chances that you will kick out from company but it depends upon your performance and compliance Crisil is doing so many social activities mainly in tree plantation, beach cleanings and education.

Dislikes

Sometimes work pressure is high so you have to stretch for 2 to 3 hrs. Crisil don't give extra pay for extra working hours.you to do many activities other than core activities which is sometimes painful. Appreciation and motivation is low. Traveling to Crisil might be hectic for the most of the people who are traveling from Andheri stations as it's is far from Andheri station. However Crisil as pick up facilities from nearby stations. Crisil don't much outings for employees but they organise party in hotels and family carnival once a year, were parents and freinds can come to their office.

Overall, my experience at CRISIL Foundation was enriching, and I appreciate the skills, knowledge, and values I gained during my tenure.

During my three-year tenure at CRISIL Foundation, I unfortunately faced a significant challenge: I did not receive a single salary payment on time. Despite my dedication, hard work, and commitment to the organization's mission, the lack of compensation was a substantial hardship.
