...ey will give so much work that every day atleast 1-2 hours should be extended They constantly put the work burden on the ones who work sincerely leaving them completely drained for very less salaries and for very less career development time.

Opportunity to learn. Good variable pay.

Dislikes

Mid level leadership who are legacy employees of the company have no hint about leadership. Bad work ethics. Rampant abuse of employees (non adherence to personal boundaries and culture of shaming).

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

Dislikes

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.
