...ell anything about the policies before. Very bad work life balance. No benefits. Less salary. No hikes. You can't even pay your rent with that much less salary. They offer Below Poverty Line salary. They don't pay you the salary of the last month of notice period and ask you to buy out the notice period. When questioned about the F&F they say "That is the company policy." They don't even send you the F&F statement and salary slip of last month of working. Don't work here. The HR won't even help you. They don't even encash the remaining leaves. FRAUD and SCAM company!

...Salary/benefits are average. You won't get appraisal as well as per your desire. Most importantly, they keep you on third party pay role which is annoying.

Work culture is good with flexibility in working hours and working days.

Dislikes

Salary is not as per market standards. Appraisals are also much less than prevailing market trend. Verbal promises about appraisal are not fulfilled until you bring outside offer.

The work culture is soo poor , i dont know how people say its a good company with great working culture, management is good and company policies are also good zero job security.

You have to work OT without any extra pay, salary is credited less then the signed.

Is a company to retire from provided they take care of long serving employees in terms of compensation and benefits. In current market scenario a resource switching job every 3 year gets a hike of 30%. So, the CTC doubles every 5 year considering normal increment and one switch. Whereas the resources who stays for continuous 5/10/15 years develops huge difference in CTC unless taken care of year on year by the employers. But this is only offered by existing organisations only when some other organisation have already offered a good hike.
