Salary and increments are average and career growth is slow. Freshers can be hired as off role employees. Off role to on role conversion policy is not there.

1. Good and advanced tech stack with some amazing projects. 2. Great colleagues. 3. Bus pick up and drop service for Mumbai location. 4. Good employee well being policies like 5 day work week, occasional wellness day off, etc.

...on chances as favouritism & nepotism prevails in Corporate Technology in GBA. 3. Average base compensation to freshers.

During my three-year tenure at CRISIL Foundation, I unfortunately faced a significant challenge: I did not receive a single salary payment on time. Despite my dedication, hard work, and commitment to the organization's mission, the lack of compensation was a substantial hardship.

GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

Dislikes

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.
