GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

Dislikes

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.

1. Low salary 2. High atrition 3. No growth 4. You will get feeling that you are working for some news channel 5 favoratism is at peak so you will see your reporting manager has less experience than you

...ics, Next level favouritism Very high expectations and Very low Monetary perks. (Below industry standard package) Lack of proper management of work load creating difficult life for half of the year atleast.

1. Good and advanced tech stack with some amazing projects. 2. Great colleagues. 3. Bus pick up and drop service for Mumbai location. 4. Good employee well being policies like 5 day work week, occasional wellness day off, etc.
