Need advice on choosing the profile
I'm working for procurement now, aiming to boost my career growth in terms of financial and grades. I'm inclined towards project manager or business development (looking at few of the professionals having good aspects in the above mentioned). Should I change my domain to project management role or continue in procurement ? By changing the jobs, can we increase our salaries just like IT folks do ? Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.

Legacy company in automotive sector. German counterparts are very knowledgeable, good and supportive

...brave person, where she will bring change in management level in upcoming years. Even if company offers high salary now, dont go. please opt for different German organization

...ives laptop during onboarding time to your manager all are Telugu speaking. 3. If your salary expectations are high they will not call you for interview. 4. Stupid referral program - Telegu speaking folks hire telugu speaking people and they support each other. Put telegu on your resume you are sure of getting Interview and on-site opportunities. 5. Lacks equality and diversity.
