Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.

Stupid referral program - Telegu speaking folks hire telugu speaking people and they support each other. Put telegu on your resume you are sure of getting Interview and on-site opportunities. 5.
