The company allows you to have your own vision and approach them directly and make some sort of POC to your vision which will get great appreciation and even selected as a live project that can be worked on. If you are interested in learning new technologies I will always encourage to go for this company as you will get the opportunity to learn as well as you will have to present a session of your learnings to the team-members. Job Security - 100 % secured unless you don't mess things. Work Culture - Excellent. In 3 years never found any partiality or politics happening. Management - Good but needs to be more professional in terms of business

1. Notice Period is 3 months which I feel is very unfair. 2. Salary should be based on performance rather than previous company's withdrawal amount hike.

Process oriented, system driven, ontime salary, work-life balance is good, globally good name in electronic devices manufacturing unit.

Job security, less benefits, no bonus or festival gifts, poor canteen facility (in plant), limited promotions, no family day, limited rewards and recognitions,self motivation

Excellent Job security if you are good at your work. Decent Work life balance. Good company culture.

Dislikes

Salary is just ok, not very competitive. Merit is not rewarded properly. Even average or below people get good hikes. Kind of soft socialism. Quality of work is not high-tech.

The core values of company is Trust, For one another, Freedom to act which is reflected aptly in the business environment at Continental. However recently due to some bad strategic decisions at top management level the company is struggling and going through a turbulent time at HO in Germany whereas the growth story is ascending in India. Overall a good organisation to work for.
