Pros: Work life balance and good salary Cons: Heavy micromanagement not only by the Manager but also other architects in team. Here some so called "experts" dont have knowledge on the particular subject. Abusive words used , making the employees to force resign.

...ives laptop during onboarding time to your manager all are Telugu speaking. 3. If your salary expectations are high they will not call you for interview. 4. Stupid referral program - Telegu speaking folks hire telugu speaking people and they support each other. Put telegu on your resume you are sure of getting Interview and on-site opportunities. 5. Lacks equality and diversity.
