However recently due to some bad strategic decisions at top management level the company is struggling and going through a turbulent time at HO in Germany whereas the growth story is ascending in India. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
