I have to work 8.30 hour straight in a day .. Timing issuse. Nd not giving convence in off pay roll workers.

Salary is just ok, not very competitive. Merit is not rewarded properly. Even average or below people get good hikes. Kind of soft socialism. Quality of work is not high-tech.
