The company has great work culture all are friendly and helping. I remember the days when I was in OJT to till production concentrix remain my second home.

Dislikes

.... She complain regarding that in her life she faced challanges why you weren't?.The salary was not enough to support financial expectations. She never supported in that terms with appraisal even cnx provides that. If two week off was there or if the work hours was 7-8 it would be great to work with cnx in another process. As Now I'm not part of that process and team cnx but I'm happy looking forward to my career in new company.

Time to time salary .. and work culture and Tl and manager support good

Canteen is very far as welll as break time is almost gone as well as security son almost time gone break is not properly usable. As well as they are not provide WORK FROM HOME

Company have multiple process, clients from different processes so currently job is secure there, working environment is also good, company provides various benefits to employees, salary on time.

Dislikes

Company policies are not beneficial for the apprentice employees and also it provides very low salary package, company ask multiple responsibilities,job requirements from employee but not giving satisfied compensation.

There is job securiy in Concentrix and working culture is very nice.It's great place to work.If I will get better opportunity in Concentrix in future, definitely I will return back to Concentrix and I will recommend my friends and relatives to join Concentrix.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management dosent adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
