One can find the colleagues to be very refined human beings, They will help you with all their hearts, Yes there are some exceptions but overall people there are helpfull, For me my manager is like elder brother to me, Supported me every time never felt like i'm working under someone, Was very knowledgeable and kind human, You will find most of the managers kind, Yes there are exceptions. I liked working at concentrix under my manager, Hope everyone get's a manager like him. He was the only reason i stayed in that company for long. Company values you and they try their best to cope with you, If you want a leave there are chances you will get it on time, Depends on your manager too but its on good side for this company. Company do values about our cultures and they celebrate indian festivals too.

I will start with the pay, The salary offered at concentrix is trending on a lower scale comparing to other mnc's. Long working hours and unmanageable rotational shifts. Management team is a bit lazy to get you work done. Lack of growth is one of the major issues. Politics the termite that eats so many brains there.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

...ix kolkata is different.. people are supportive they care for their executives . Only one thing they need to improve is the package as compared to the inflation rate growing prices of the essential commodities the package is not sufficient to survive..

Worst company, No career growth and they won't provide promotion and appraisal even they will deduct salary & year by year at least they should increase salary but in this company salary will decease if you stay here longer time & work life they will torture and indirectly make us leave company.
