It was great working and being apart of Convergys. I actually took a break in 2012 and rejoined Convergys in 2013, It was great being a part of Convergys, I learnt a lot in my career experience, I made good Friends and Colleagues, Working Environment was very Friendly.

Dislikes

The Only concern was the Company stopped the Annual Hike or raise in Salary, So no more growth and it was very difficult for growth as well.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Salary was decent. 5 days working

Zero work life balance Managers are not cooperating. They will get on your nerves just to take out sales from you. Favouritism at its peak. You'll have to be a suck up to get promotions.

If you get a better opportunity to learn some new skills at a different place with a lower pay, I would suggest you to take it. Do not waste your time here, unless you are really desperate for a job.

Dislikes

Once you get in they will not treat you as a human being and no one will listen to you. They will give petty excuses such as client requirement and other things and will make you work.
