Apart from promotion, everything is good in this Company including salary hike which we're getting approximate 7.5-10% yearly, job security, teammates & seniors, managers & HR, work life balance, fixed working time, improving soft skills and company culture etc.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow and less salary hike.

The things I like about the company is that employees have a job security. Even if a process gets shutdown due to any reason, they try to retain the employees from that process by taking them in other on-going process. And there is an opportunity to get promoted every once in a while.

Dislikes

...de skill development training properly and expect a self learning from everyone. And the salary hike is never satisfactory. The yearly hikes are based on performance and performance is based on survey generation which is not quite easy.

Team mates, leads and the work Environment was very good. Those who wants to start their career, this is the best place where you can start off. You can learn many things.

Salary is the concern. Base salary is less, other than this you will get incentives but you cannot rely on the incentives all the time.

Few years ago, I would've had plenty of nice things to say about this company but all of that has taken a major dip since initial phases of lockdown. The only good aspect left is supportive Teammates who are directly affected by the recent scrutinized changes within the company

...t if one wants to grow in a specific program, it's a tedious and slow growth. Salary hikes are atrocious. For couple of years there's no hike and the third year they just add some big number as arrears to show something on record. Lot of politics involved. Management loves to give feedback often but at the same time cannot take one. Update 2: Yet again, the company went ahead and decided to empower their AI-powered face camera over empowering their human workforce. Bring a mobile in front of camera or another human passes by the camera vicinity.... Employee terminated. No further discussion. Performance based incentives have been slashed to less than 50% and to get the full incentive, one must meet each and every parameter of scorecard, which is next to impossible. Margin of error on cases handled is now 0.5%. One mistake on a single case can cost an entire month of incentive for someone. Micromanagement is the new normal here.
