Team mates are very good at concentrix, training are available but for that they do not have any specific schedule due to which employee cannot get any benefits, no support from the process management if somebody wanna do any training conducted by concentrix, we cannot say anything about career growth cause it totally depends on your bonding with the team and management, salary appraisals are not good as per the work load

No more opportunities for career growth No salary hikes Management is also not supportive

The transport facility was free however inorder to do cost cutting company has come up with a new rule that the AC on cab Wii be turned ON from late April after the winter season. Though Delhi NCR becomes hotter from the month of March itself.

Apart from promotion, everything is good in this Company including salary hike which we're getting approximate 7.5-10% yearly, job security, teammates & seniors, managers & HR, work life balance, fixed working time, improving soft skills and company culture etc.

Career growth is too slow and less salary hike.

The things I like about the company is that employees have a job security. Even if a process gets shutdown due to any reason, they try to retain the employees from that process by taking them in other on-going process. And there is an opportunity to get promoted every once in a while.

Dislikes

...de skill development training properly and expect a self learning from everyone. And the salary hike is never satisfactory. The yearly hikes are based on performance and performance is based on survey generation which is not quite easy.
