There is no employees voice listening policy...were an employee can give his feedback or problem to share with management.......only policy is to work and get salary or go home, if u want any changes in ur job profile....what ever is given you have to accept.

Teammates are very cooperative, training superb, job security 100 percent, salary good, work environment very good, everyone is cooperative, If any chance received definitely I would like to join Convergys for part time or for normal time.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .

Started from induction. Cost cutting in such a way that no welcome kit, induction done virtually so as to save the cost of lunch as well. Worst management, training manager is busy going out & dating a female lead. Nothing is trained properly & in OJT from 1st day live calls without any support.
