i just like work culture only,lot of freedom of work, but very very low salry increments ,job security is there but less salry less growth, but as an mnc experience ie very useful to place in other companies, like amzon,cognizant,r1rcm etc

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

They will fire you on non perfomance. They ample time to improve your skills( Depends on process) There will be Job security

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Dislikes

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.
