Work environment is very bad only because of SME Amith from federal bank process , that guy thinking that he is the owner of concentric and treating agent like - , Don't know how to respect others , did informed to HR many times but there is no use If any HR team seeing this please do enquire about TL Bharath and SME amith with agents do take action for better environment and workplace

I have so many this to write I was working as a agent people like hr ,manager ,tl they are always pressurising there is no option complain about them if we will go for that they will give u threats of job loss Its a very bad experience working in concentrix agents are not happy in the company What I am writing u can check with any employ in personal the answer will be same.

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

when we talk about career progress we are promoted to next position but the salary hike is same. whether we get promote to quality analyst or as an SME floor support but as per the information they never increase there salary....
