Good batchmates, nice manager(sometimes get frustrated by pressure of performance by upper managers),good environment, work from home

Salary:( didn’t got appraisal that much only 600rs increase in salary lol, work time( if you’re working from home you will have to work like a robot and only 1 hr break rarely may get exception, in office can get more exception in break, I took 2:30 hr break sometimes next day my manager scratched his head for exception reason, poor promotion even if you preformed well(politics)

Not secured job, job pressure, no hile according to MNC or salary, no good salary, no good promotion, loose the 2000 or other incentives if we make a single mistake in a month, no good shift timings, no both side cab, no good location in udyog vihar phase 5 sp infocity and etc

- 6 days work week - Less pay as per market price - No WFH situation. - Less hike(2-10%)

Concentrix is amazing. I learned alot. The environment, staff and everything else is just awesome 👍😊 company policies are best.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
