Best company to work with, I have started my career in CNX Ranchi, I have learnt so much things that will definitely helped me in future jobs. In Ranchi salary was less however, CNX provide good salary in other states. Moreover, CNX is employee centric job security is there and work environment is very good. I will definitely suggest all to join CNX if they wanted start their career in BPO line.

...like from my side I will definitely suggest to all to join and be a part of CNX. Right now I have left the CNX just because of less salary package I was getting in Ranchi CNX, but If I get a chance and good salary package again i wanted to join CNX.

Peoples are good there very helpful...working environment is also good . Managers were very polite.

Very hectic working schedule. We have to work 9hrs per day and according vto that salary was very less.

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

Food need to improve in our location BBSR. Office Colleague Do have Manners Don't have sufficient parking area
