One of the worst company full of partialities , the leaders n trainers hopeless only focused on Money not on growth of individuals , reform has to be brought by someone who is good at heart or else its hopeless, not giving the right opportunities to all , not recommended in this company

Nope first give respect to each employee by their leaders or trainers or managers not worked on partialities or on their mood swings. The top leaders need to pay attention to the small level of heads on how those small heads are taking care of trainees or employees
